The states that do not governed by the CDU and FDP have now brought against the undemocratic Extension of maturities submitted. Now the Federal Constitutional Court must decide whether and how much value it puts more on the principles of our Constitution. The countries feel bypassed and the SPD and the Greens even believe that the Atomic Energy Act itself contrary to constitution.
